Highlights

• Bodyguard: The Bodyguard provides safety even at voltages above the safety range for low voltage. For this reason, the IRFU can also be used with power sources that are not protected against leakage current. This reduces the chance of dangerous situations arising on the construction site.
• The Bodyguard continuously monitors the current passage. In case of leakage current, the power supply is interrupted within 3 milliseconds. User and device are thus optimally protected.
• Needle head fully hardened: The needle head is fully hardened. This makes it particularly robust and prevents rapid wear and tear.
• Thermal protection switch: The IR series is equipped with a thermal protection switch. If the vibrating needle runs outside the concrete for too long, it automatically shuts off to prevent overheating of the motor. This prolongs the life of the device.
• Speed-stable high-traction electric motor: With its consistently high speed, this high-frequency poker vibrator achieves reliable compaction performance, ensuring high-quality results and efficiency.
• The motors were developed by Wacker Neuson and are wound and manufactured in the company's own production facility in Germany. This guarantees consistently high motor performance and quality.
• Switch housing with integrated frequency converter: Thanks to the integrated frequency converter, no additional device is required. The user works with a compact unit, which facilitates transport on the construction site.
• Vibrating bottle with cylindrical roller bearing: The cylindrical roller bearing is robust and durable, especially when used under harsh conditions on the construction site - for example, when the bottle housing comes into hard contact with the ground outside the concrete.
• Made in Germany: A high standard of quality, great motor power and long service life are guaranteed because the device was developed and manufactured in Germany.
