Purchase on Invoice for Business Customers

At Toolnation, business customers can place orders on account. This payment option is available to the following customer groups:

• Institutions, foundations and non-profit organisations
• Medium-sized and large enterprises
• Government and public authorities

What is required?

1. A valid company registration number (for Dutch companies: KvK) or an equivalent foreign business registration number
2. A business email address for communication and invoicing

How does it work?

1. Submit your application or purchase order
   Use our contact form and select “Purchase on account” as the subject. Please provide your complete company details, including company registration number, VAT number and billing address.
2. Review of your application
   We will review your application and inform you of the next steps.

How are your credit terms determined?

The credit terms, such as payment term and maximum credit limit, are determined based on your creditworthiness. This assessment is carried out by an external credit information agency and supplemented by internal guidelines.
