We usually use discount codes for special promotions. These actions can always be found on our site and we also send them via our newsletter. Examples are:
- A fixed discount amount on a particular item or brand.
- A discount percentage of the purchase amount.
- Adding a free article.
- Registration for a (win) action.
How to use a discount code?
It can be entered on the shopping cart page. First, put something in your cart. Then click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the site and then on VIEW CART. The discount code can be entered under "discount code", under the button "CHECKOUT NOW". When entering it, always pay close attention to whether the discount code is entered correctly (with special characters), meets the conditions and the expiration date has not passed.
Conditions:
- You can only use 1 discount code per order, combining is not possible.
- A discount code can only be used once.
- If you cancel an order after using a discount code, the code is no longer valid.
- Toolnation reserves the right to cancel a discount code in case of unauthorized use.

How to use a discount code
You can enter your discount code on the shopping cart page. First, add an item to your cart. Then click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the website and select View and Edit Cart. The discount code can be entered in the field “Apply Discount Code”, located above the button “Place Order”. When entering the code, please ensure that it is entered correctly (including any special characters), that all conditions are met, and that the expiration date has not passed.
Conditions:
- Only one discount code can be used per order. Combining codes is not possible.
- A discount code can only be used once.
- If you cancel an order after using a discount code, the code will no longer be valid.
- Toolnation reserves the right to cancel a discount code in case of unauthorized use.
Dirks Machines Beek
Toolnation.eu is the online shop, and part of Dirks trading company B.V. with a pickup location and showroom located in Beek at the Prins Mauritslaan 120-124 at Dirks Machines.
Note: This is not a visiting address for Toolnation customers, but only intended as pickup location!
Note: it is not possible to change your shipping method afterwards to pick up in Beek.
Own service, repair workshop
Toolnation has its own service and repair workshop where both repairs and warranty repairs are carried out in accordance with the manufacturers' conditions.

- Collection is only possible if the shipping method “Ophalen in showroom Beek (LB)” is selected during checkout.

- After placing the order, it is not possible to change the shipping method to collection.

Standard orders and small quantities
The prices of all products are displayed directly on the website. For standard orders, we do not provide individual quotations.
Get a price overview
Would you like a price overview? Add the desired items to your basket, proceed to checkout, enter your details (including your VAT number where applicable), and view the full cost summary.
Would you like a PDF as a price reference? Choose payment by bank transfer at checkout. You will receive a proforma invoice / order confirmation (PDF) by email with the full overview. You can use this as a quotation.
You will also receive a separate email with the bank details and a payment link for alternative payment methods. The payment link expires after 7 days. The order is processed only after payment has been received.
Larger quantities and tailored quotations
For larger quantities, you can request a quotation.
- Required items (with article number or product link)
- Quantity per item
- Name and contact details
- For business enquiries: company name and VAT number
- Optional reference
Our sales department will review your request and, where possible, send you a suitable quotation by email.

Pay by invoice
This payment method is available for medium-sized and large companies, institutions such as schools, foundations and non-profit organisations, as well as government and semi-public organisations.
You can submit a request or purchase order and indicate that you would like to use pay by invoice. Your organisation must have a valid VAT number and a business email address for communication and invoicing.
Validity of quotations
Quotations are generally valid for approximately 14 days.
Newsletter and welcome discount

Business customers with a valid EU VAT number outside the Netherlands can order from Toolnation with 0% VAT.
- Your VAT number must be registered in an EU country other than the Netherlands.
- The order must be shipped to the country where the business is registered.
- Your VAT number is automatically verified via the VIES system of the European Commission.
Add your products to the cart, enter your company details and VAT number during checkout and after successful verification the 0% VAT rate will be applied automatically.

- The 0% VAT rate is only applied after successful verification of your VAT number.

Is your VAT number not accepted in the VIES system? There can be several reasons for this.
- Your VAT number may have been entered incorrectly.
- Your VAT number may not yet be active in the VIES system.
- Your business may not be registered for intra-Community supplies within the EU.
- There may be a temporary issue or delay in the VIES system.
Please check that your VAT number has been entered correctly and matches your registered business details.
What can you do?
- Check your VAT number again in the VIES system.
- Verify your registration with your national tax authority.
- Contact your tax authority if your VAT number is marked as invalid.
- Try again later if the VIES system is temporarily unavailable.
- Contact our customer service if you need assistance.
