Trotec 1580001154 TAC V+ II Stainless Steel Air Cleaner

Description

The TAC V+ II zone air cleaner reduces the residence time and intensity of aerosol and suspended dust clouds directly at the installation site

  • The TAC V+ II zone air purifier is an innovative solution to create virus-free and pollutant-free zones for clean air where they are needed
  • Wherever this mobile air purifier is placed, it creates a clean zone of up to 320 cubic feet in volume, flushed with clean, filtered clean air, depending on the required air change rate.
  • In this treatment zone, the ambient air remains largely free of germs, particulates or other airborne microparticles because the TAC V+ II enables the large extraction of contaminated room air with effective H14 high-performance filtration according to EN 1822 (ISO 45H filter ISO 29463) and a flexibly adjustable flushing of the zone, free of aerosol particles.
  • In combination with the integrated F7 pre-filter system, the Trotec H14 high-performance filter according to EN 1822 ensures reliable separation of airborne germs, viruses and dust, bacteria, spores or microfibers from paper and textiles.

Stainless steel version for hygiene-sensitive areas of the food industry

  • Especially for use in meat processing and food production, the powerful air cleaner TAC V+ II is optionally available in a stainless steel version, which is ideal for use in areas with specific hygiene requirements or particularly reactive air environments.
  • The stainless steel housing is easy to clean and made of material 1.4301, which has very high corrosion resistance and is particularly resistant to various chemical solutions.

Infectious aerosols are a risk factor for the meat industry

  • Many experts agree that in corona outbreaks in the meat industry, the low temperatures required for meat cooling and aerosols, in which substances are transferred through the air, may be the main reasons for the rapid spread of the virus.
  • Due to their small size, sometimes infectious aerosol particles floated in the space air in the decommissioning room, which had been cooled to 6 to 10 °C, for up to several hours and were constantly moved through the room by the ventilation system and were therefore continuously inhaled! This finding is consistent with other studies, which also suggest that viruses can be emitted in the form of aerosol clouds, especially when speaking, and sometimes remain in the air for hours.

The problem is up in the air, as is its solution

  • If virus-carrying aerosols are suspended in the air in meat cutting rooms or other work environments of meat processing plants, there is an increased risk of infection
  • Viruses do not adhere to distance rules and easily overcome physical barriers such as partitions
  • If the air in the room can be kept virus-free, the chance of airborne contamination also decreases.

Play it safe with high-frequency air purification

  • Trotec has always promoted the control of aerosols in room air as a decisive measure and can therefore offer you, as the first address for professional air treatment solutions, also the first highly effective air purification device with high-performance air filters and integrated virus decontamination!

Virus-free air reduces the risk of airborne infection to almost zero

  • If the air in the room can be kept largely free of germs and viruses, the risk of air contamination in threatened work areas in the meat and food industries is also minimized.
