The scientifically required criteria for an effective viral air purifier are:

• The unit must have a sufficiently large volume flow, at least six times the volume of the room per hour
• The device must be technically capable of separating 99.995% of viruses with a single air passage, just as an H14 HEPA filter according to EN 1822 can ensure
• The device must be quiet so that it does not interfere with the use of the room, otherwise there is a risk of disabling users
