Adjusted opening hours and delivery
Christmas/New Year 2025/2026
During the period from 18 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, many manufacturers will be closed, which may limit incoming deliveries. To support you during this period in the best possible way, Toolnation is increasing its stock levels significantly.
Nevertheless, it may occur that an item is temporarily out of stock and can only be delivered in week 2, 3 or 4 of 2026. Due to the high demand during this period, we kindly ask for your understanding should delays occur. As always, Toolnation aims to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Please note To reduce congestion and unnecessary correspondence, we kindly request that you refrain from submitting shipment-status inquiries during this period, as the relevant information is already provided above.

Orders placed between Thursday, 25 December 2025 and Sunday, 28 December 2025 will be processed starting Monday, 29 December 2025. Orders placed on Thursday, 1 January 2026 will be processed from Friday, 2 January 2026 onwards.
Opening Hours and Availability
Due to the holidays and our annual inventory, Toolnation will be closed or have limited availability on several days. This also applies to our collection desk/showroom in Beek, as well as our service department and workshop. You can find all specific dates and opening times below.

Service Department and Workshop
During the Christmas holidays and the New Year period, our service department and workshop will be closed from Thursday, 18 December 2025, until Monday, 5 January 2026, inclusive. Please be aware that repairs may take longer than usual due to manufacturer closures, which may result in delays in the delivery of spare parts.
Important: During this period, we will not be accepting repair requests through Toolnation or at the pickup counter. Repairs and warranty claims will resume on Tuesday, 6 January 2026.
Billing
All orders placed in 2025 will be invoiced within the same calendar year, which may be relevant for your investment deduction. If products are in stock, they will be delivered immediately; otherwise, the delivery times described above apply.
