Delivery times at Toolnation
The expected delivery times are specified with each product. For products that are out of stock and are delivered to us, we depend on the information provided to us by the relevant supplier/manufacturer. These delivery times are adjusted automatically based on delivery time information we receive from the supplier/manufacturer, which may vary.
o In stock, delivery time: 1 to 2 business days (product is in stock and can be delivered from one of our warehouses)
o Expected delivery time 1 to 3 business days (Product is not in stock, but can be delivered by suppliers within 24 hrs)
o Expected delivery time 2 to 5 business days (Product is not in stock and will be ordered by the supplier)
o Delivery time expected from ... (Article not in stock, the supplier expects to be able to deliver in ... )
o Product is no longer available (Product is no longer available from supplier)
Longer delivery time with certain payments
Orders are only processed after payment has been received, so please take into account a longer delivery time if you use:

Information about delivery times & orders
When placing an order, always pay attention to the indicated delivery time. You will automatically receive an e-mail from us once your order is being processed in our warehouse. When there are updates regarding your order, or when your order is transferred to one of our carriers, you will receive an automatic message from us.
You can always track your order through your Toolnation customer account. However, in order to do so, you must have placed the order with the customer account.
If your order was placed without a customer account, this is not possible. Linking an order to a customer account after the fact is not possible.
Orders for multiple products with different delivery times may result in partial deliveries. It is not possible to indicate a preference in this regard.
We generally do our best to optimize the ordering and shipping process in order to minimize partial deliveries.
Note: when you order a SET in which part of the set has a longer delivery time, the available part of the set will be sent to you in advance. It is not possible to indicate a preference in this regard.
Toolnation Customer Account
We offer you the possibility to create a Toolnation customer account.
With your customer account you can request information about your placed order(s).
These are the benefits of creating a Toolnation customer account:
- Review orders placed with the account (review orders placed in the last 12 months)
- Orders placed with the account can easily be placed again
- Speed up the payment process
- Save multiple shipping addresses
- View and track the status of an order placed with the account
Note: unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to link orders to your customer account after the fact.
Delivery times for international deliveries
Orders that need to be shipped to a foreign address are subject to the following indicative delivery times. The actual delivery time of an order depends on the size/weight of the order, the individual delivery times mentioned with each product and the carrier with which the order is shipped. Because we want to send as much as possible in one shipment, the delivery time may vary.
